FW: Community Conversations at MHUW

Dear Friend:
As Mile High United Way looks forward to the future of our community, we are pleased to invite you to join a community conversation at one of six locations – all taking place in June.
We want to hear from you as to how we can all partner more effectively throughout metro Denver area.
We want to give you the opportunity to help us strategize on how best to move forward our community impact plan around our three interconnected initiatives: School Readiness, Youth Success and Adult Self Sufficiency.
We want your input regarding the development of a new funding allocation process.
The first round of community conversations is scheduled for June 2, 3 and 4, the second round takes place June 9, 10 and 11. These sessions will take place at various sites around the metro Denver area. Our goal is that each conversation will be well-represented by a broad range of constituents including service providers, community experts, business leaders, funders, donors and other interested individuals.
Please RSVP by clicking this link and choosing the date and location that best fits your schedule. Please note, each conversation will last approximately two (2) hours and will be limited to the first 100 responders for each session.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact Dale Flanders, Director of Community Partnerships at Mile High United Way at 303-561-2333 or dale.flanders@unitedwaydenver.org
Also, please forward this invitation to others you think might like to participate.
We welcome your involvement as we work together to improve the lives of people in metro Denver. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you.
