“Adult Educational Pathways, Connecting You to Your Future “

Valued Community Members and Friends,
The Educational Opportunity Center is grant funded through the Department of Education. Our program assists low-income and /or first generation (first in their families to attend college) individuals to obtain a college education or training. We assist 4000 individuals each year to complete their financial aid, admission, scholarships, and career advising.
We will be sponsoring a conference, “Adult Educational Pathways, Connecting You to Your Future “, on July 20th, 2009, at the Tivoli, in downtown Denver (see attached Flyer). We will be assisting the participants in completing admissions applications for colleges, offering financial aid and career advising, and conducting workshops on leveraging education in an economic downturn.
On behalf of the EOC I would like to encourage you to invite those that may benefit from this fantastic opportunity!
This is a free conference for the community if you know individuals thinking about college, increasing their current education level to a Bachelor’s degree, interested in a vocation or trade, or just simply just curious about doing something different, please send them this information.
