CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

YOUNGUNS

  • Children ages 4-6
  • Introduce your child to the game of golf at a young age
  • This class is designed specifically for children between the ages of 4 and 6
  • This is as very active and fun class with lots of doing and very little talking

PARS

  • Beginners - Ages 7 & Up
  • Learn the basic concepts and techniques of the game of golf. This class is for students with little to no golf experience and knowledge.

PARDIES

  • At least 1 year of experience- Ages 7 & Up
  • Continue developing golf skills while learning more about the game of golf.
  • This class is for students who have already completed the par class and need to continue to practice and develop basic golf skills.

BIRDIES

  • Multiple years of experience- Ages 7 & Up
  • Develop advanced golf skills while mastering the basic techniques. This class is for students who have been learning the game for several years and are ready for more in-depth instruction and want help moving their ability from the practice area to the course.
  • At the conclusion of the course, students will be given an opportunity to take The First Tee Birdie Level certification test. Passing the Birdie Level Certification test allows students to move on to the Players Club or Eagle Level Classes. Students become eligible to participate in some of the national First Tee events.

EAGLES

  • Multiple years of experience- Ages 14 & Up
  • At the conclusion of the course, students will be given an opportunity to take The First Tee Eagle Level certification test. Passing the eagle Level Certification test allows students to become eligible to participate in some of the National First Tee events.

BEAGLES

  • Teenage Beginners- Ages 13 & Up
  • Learn the basics of the game of golf in a fun setting amongst peers
  • This class is for teenagers who have zero to little golf experience but are interested in learning the game.

GIRLS ONLY

  • All Levels - Ages 7 & Up
  • Have fun learning, practicing, and playing golf in an all girls environment
