Angels Against Abuse is an East HS student club whose mission is to raise awareness about teen dating violence and teach teens about healthy relationships. This club is sponsored and supported by Project PAVE. On Thursday, April 30th, the club will hold their 2nd Annual Block Party. The event has two goals. 1. Honor Amber Creemen’s – a young woman who was killed by her ex-boyfriend on February 17th, 2009 in Wheat Ridge, CO and 2. To teach teens about healthy verses abusive relationships. To reach these goals every activity at the Block Party will have an educational element. Activities include: Obstacle course, carnival games, relationship trivia game, resource tables, BBQ, Jamba Juice, face painting
